Order Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation:

You may cancel your order within 2 days (48 hours) of placing it.

After 2 days, cancellation requests will not be accepted as the manufacturing process for your product would have already begun.

Prepaid Orders:

Please note that prepaid amounts are non-refundable in case of order cancellation.

Once the manufacturing is initiated, the product is customized for you, and cannot be reassigned to another client.
